DAY 3: CHIA SEED PUDDING, PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA SANDWICH, GARLIC MASHED POTATOES, AND CHEESE AND CRACKERS

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS- 

Chia Seed Pudding

-3 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds 

-1/2 Cup Milk

-1 Teaspoon Agave

-1/2 Cup Fruit

Peanut Banana Sandwich 

-2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread

-1 Large Banana

-1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

-1 Teaspoon Agave

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

-1 Potatoes

-1/4 cup milk

-2 cloves of garlic

-1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Cheese

Crackers

1.Mix the milk, chia seeds, and agave in a bowl and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

2.Cut the potato into 1 Inch pieces and boil them for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mince the garlic and saute it until it has a golden color.

3. Lightly toast the bread and spread an equal amount of peanut butter on both sides. Put banana coins on one side and drizzle with agave. Sandwich the bread and cut in half.

4.Drain the water from the potatoes and transfer them into a container. Mash them with a fork and add in the milk, garlic, and salt.

5.Cut the cheese into small pieces.
