DAY 7: FRENCH TOAST, HEARTY SALAD, PEANUT BUTTER APPLES, MINTY ICED TEA

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS-

FRENCH TOAST

-2 Eggs

-2 Tablespoons Milk

-2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread

-2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

-1 Ounce Cream Cheese

-1/2 Cup Chopped Strawberries

Hearty Salad

-1 Bunch Spinach

-1 Bunch Kale

-1/4 Cup Cranberries

-1/4 Cup Walnuts

-1/4 Cup Almonds

-1 Lemon

-1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

-1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

-1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Minty Iced Tea

-8 Mint Leaves

-Rind  of Lemon

-2 Teaspoons Tea Leaves

-1/2 Cup Boiling Water

-1 Cup ice

-1 Teaspoon Agave

1.Add the boiling water to the tea, lemon rind, and mint. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2.Meanwhile, beat the eggs, milk, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup in a small rectangular dish. Soak the bread in the mix for 30 seconds on each side and immediately transfer to a hot pan. Cook on the first side until golden brown. Flip the bread and cook until the other side is golden brown.

3.Beat the cream cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon of maple syrup together. Spread the cream cheese on the french toast and top with th strawberries.

4.Mix all ingredients for the salad together and transfer to a container.
