Easter Deviled Eggs

Prep time: 40 Minutes

Makes 12 Deviled Egg Halves

6 Eggs

Food Coloring

1 Tablespoon Mustard

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne

1/2 Avocado

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Water

  1. Put the eggs in a pot and cover them with water so that there is an inch of water above the eggs. Bring this to a boil and boil for 8 minutes.
  2. Once the eggs are done boiling, rinse them under cold water until they are cool enough to work with. Then repeatedly hit them with a knife so that the shell gets many small cracks in it. Make sure not to hit them too hard or else the shells will come off.
  3. Place the eggs into glasses and group together eggs that are going to be the same color. Put a small amount of food coloring in each glass and cover with a small amount of water. Wait for 15 minutes.
  4. Peel the eggs and separate the eggs yolks and egg whites.
  5. Blend the yolks together with all of the other ingredients until completely smooth.
  6. Pipe the filling into the egg whites and serve.
